It’s lovely to meet you! I’m a Norfolk based Virtual Assistant with over 10 years of admin experience.
I launched The VA Studio for freelancers, small businesses and entrepreneurs, who are struggling with the 24/7 overwhelm of running a business. You shouldn't have to pick between evenings with your loved ones or trying to catch up on the ever-growing to do list you have.

Being a small business owner myself - There isn't anything that I find more important than showing up for your potential clients. It’s daunting, but trust me, putting a face to the business is invaluable for building your know, like and trust factor.
That’s where I come in! With a wealth of shoots under my belt and a passion for getting small businesses seen online, I know that we can work together to bring your brand to life. Whether that's a branding session to refresh your imagery or a content creation shoot that boosts the services you offer by creating visually stunning videos, that are social media ready!

Outside of it all…
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart (how we did it, I’ll never know! Haha) and we’re lucky enough to have a beautiful son, Hudson and our little girl who is making her way to us this Spring!
But on another level, here are a few things that make me, me:
I am a Harry Potter nerd! I mean anything in the franchise whether it's books, films, random paraphernalia or spin off stuff! Just give me anything HP themed.
I am also an avid reader, my Kindle and I have an unhealthy relationship. I would have told you pre-children, I'd never forego the beauty of a physical book, but I am hooked! Mostly into fantasy, but I have also been loving Thrillers and Crime books.
Dolly Parton is my Queen, I'll die on this hill. I've been dancing around my kitchen to dolly since I was little and I plan on dancing to her until I cannot dance again.
Did someone say Boozy brunch? I absolutely will kill a boozy little bottomless brunch at the drop of a hat! Prosecco Lacey, is one my favourite Lacey's!
Escape room ninja! Yup I am really all kinds of cool!
